High School Students
Study Abroad in Spain


  • Pre-departure support: CIRI advisor will contact you prior to departure and information about Madrid will be provided.
  • Airport reception: CIRI staff will be waiting for you at the airport, at the designated day.
  • Cell Phones: Pay-as-you-go cell phones available upon advance reservation.
  • Housing: Host family.
  • Meals: All meals are included.
  • On site orientation: Students will receive useful information to quick adaptation to the Spanish way of life. There will be a specialist in cultural change to prevent strong culture shock.
  • Tuition and registration: The CIRI program price includes the cost of standard tuition (4 electives per semester and 2 electives per monthly program) and registration fees at the Complutense University for those students studying Spanish at The Complutense Center for Spanish Learning (CCEE).
  • Transcripts: An official transcript will be issued at the end of the courses.
  • University services: CIRI students studying Spanish at CCEE will have access to the libraries and other facilities at the UCM.
  • On-site staff: CIRI staff will be ready to help you with your academic and personal life. Most of our staff have spent many years studying and living in foreign countries.
  • Medical insurance: Health, accident and repatriation.
  • Interpreter for emergency situations.
  • Cultural activities: CIRI will offer diverse activities to integrate students in Spanish cultural life and will provide information on the main cultural events.
  • Excursions to Toledo, Segovia, Alcalá de Henares and El Escorial.
